Planning Phase

Austroconsult already provides competent advice in the early stages of a project. We assist in site selection, elaboration of tenders and contracts and evaluation of offers. Drawing on our knowledge and our previous experience, we provide our clients with concise and intelligent formulation of guidelines and system specifications, drafts and in-depth planning as well as detailed implementation plans.

Realisation Phase

Austroconsult sets and monitors time schedules and cost plans using modern management methods. While supervising construction and installation processes, Austroconsult maintains quality control, and carries out quantity surveying as well as invoice auditing. Risk assessment and control are among Austroconsult's strengths; using the Critical Path Method (CPM), we identify potential risks at their earliest stage and are able to take preventive action before a problem arises.

In the final phase of the project, Austroconsult is in charge of acceptance tests and commissioning. Since, due to circumstances outside Austroconsult’s control, problems may occur shortly after project implementation, Austroconsult also provides a warranty period. During this period, Austroconsult supervises repair of any deficiencies and inspects performance of guarantee services.

Operational Phase

Austroconsult continues to assist its clients long after project completion. We provide first-class operational and maintenance consultancy, analysis of operational costs and measurements of efficiency, while also taking on responsibility for the training of operational personnel, management and control of operations as well as facility management. Austroconsult is aware of the fact that clear and transparent project documentation is an essential element of project operation. Furthermore, we know from experience that the needs of our clients may change over time and therefore we also provide advice on possible future system extensions and carry out measurements of the degree of utilisation of individual components.
